To add the diary date to your Microsoft Outlook diary follow the instructions below.
INSTRUCTIONS
When prompted choose "Save", save the file to your desktop.
Double click on the file then choose "Save & Close" to add it to your diary.
(please note this only works for recent versions of Microsoft Outlook)
