Booking your exhibition stand at Europe's only dedicated business application software exhibition could not be easier.
The total cost of your exhibition stand is dependent on your whether you require a shell scheme or space only. The maximum size
stand that can be booked is 42sqms.

Each exhibitor must also take the compulsory marketing opportunites package, which includes the following:

- Pre show Softworld Insight Document
- Post show visitor research summary
- Access for 2 employees to attend pre show exhibitor strategy/ training meeting
- Enhanced listing on Softworld websites
- Promotion through VNU network of sites, including Computing, FD, Accountancy Age etc
- Health and Safety check
- Insurance
In addition to an exhibition stand, there are plenty of sponsorship opportunties available during the marketing campaign, at the show itself and post show. Please contact Shaun Heath to discuss your requirements.
Seminar rooms
- All seminar rooms come with AV an package
- Room size - 25m2 – 20 seater
- Sessions can be booked on an individual basis @ £1,000 for two sessions, one each day (sessions will run on the hour every hour 10am, 11am, 12pm 1pm, 2pm 3pm)
- Sole use rooms can be booked at a cost of £5,400 for the two days
- Exhibitors are not permitted to run the same session more than twice on the same day and each days program must be identical
- Pre registered visitors will be tele-marketed to promote exhibitor seminars and encouraged to register
- The exhibitor will be provided with a list of pre-registered visitors who have registered an interest in their session two weeks to 10 days before event
- Timetable detailing session title / exhibitor/ speaker outside each seminar room – programme boards standardised – no opportunities for logos.
- Light pen provided for each seminar room to capture visitors details, downloads available at the end of each day
- Free of charge advice/ guidance from Softworld conference team
- Access for two members of staff to the exhibitor strategy day
*Exhibitors are not permitted to brand the outside of the seminar room, they are however allowed to brand the inside of the room if they have consulted the company that they are sharing with.
